The short version. Sonoran Visuals does not collect names, emails, or phone numbers from people who view a virtual tour. Tours measure anonymous, aggregate usage so the business that hired us can see how their space is being explored. Nothing is sold to anyone.
Who we are
Sonoran Visuals is a virtual tour and photography studio based in Phoenix, Arizona, operating as Sonoran 360 LLC. You can reach us at mathew@sonoranvisuals.com or (602) 341-3569.
This website
This site is a simple set of static pages. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect personal information unless you choose to email or call us. If you do get in touch, we keep that correspondence only to reply to you and to quote your project.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a standard web request when a page loads. The interactive tour sample on the home page is hosted on our tour domain and behaves like any embedded web page.
Virtual tours we host
When a client asks for viewing statistics, we enable Google Analytics on that client's tour. This measures how the tour is used, in aggregate. Specifically it records things like:
- How many times the tour was opened, and for how long
- Which rooms or spaces were navigated to
- Whether someone tapped a phone number, website, or booking link inside the tour
- General device type, browser, and approximate location at the city level
- Where the visit came from, such as a direct link, a search, or the client's website
This is anonymous and aggregate. We do not know who you are, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details through a tour. Nothing collected is ever sold or shared beyond the business that commissioned the tour.
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block cookies in your browser, use private browsing, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the tour will still work normally.
Tours where a client has not requested statistics run with no analytics at all.
What we never do
- Sell or rent data to anyone
- Identify individual visitors, or try to
- Record audio, video, or images of people viewing a tour
- Collect payment information through a tour
Photography and people
As a standard practice, we capture spaces without identifiable people in them. If someone does appear in a photo or tour and wants it removed, contact us and we will reshoot or edit that area.
